Trouble getting through to BAVSOUND

Wanting to check on my stage 1 order but their online status link doesn't find it (typing correctly). Tried calling a number of times in the last 2 days, always ends up at voicemail after a while, never a live person. Same for email, no replies in the last couple of days.

Anyone know what's up by any chance?

I just checked my order status with their link, worked for me. Delivery tomorrow!

Yeah, they screwed up an order of mine that I'm still waiting on getting resolved...they sent the wrong center speaker to Dinan, who resold the Stage 1 to me, and I'm still awaiting on the correct center speaker to be sent...tick tock, it's been weeks, and no one can get through.

Got a confirmation email today but delivery estimate has changed from 1/22/14 (!!!) to 5/22/14. Not sure that is right either?
