I think I'm finally ready to dyno...which dyno should I go for?

To get the most accurate numbers? I know there's butt dyno, Mustang dyno... eh, no idea. I'm looking to do this when I get back in the area. RWD car- what are the recommendations for the kind of dyno, and what shop(s) in the NJ area?

Dynojet, I think most are familiar with whp numbers from than type. Mustangs can be calibrated many different ways and I see dynamometers reading crank sometimes.

Oh and I've dynoed at turbotrix in nj, not sure if they closed/moved or changed hands.

It doesn't really matter, a dyno is good if you have stock baseline numbers compared to the tuned numbers to see the gains. Hopefully the weather will be similar for the 2 runs but every dyno is different so its hard to compare.

Without a baseline, you really won't know how much additional power your car made with mods. I would do dynomatics or mustang dynos. Dynojets read HIGH

Mustangs and Dynojets are the most commonly used dynos. You can make a Mustang read whatever you want whereas a Dynojet isn't adjustable so you'll find that dynojets tend to be more comparable from dyno to dyno but as previously mentioned, there's not really much "accuracy" needed if you don't have a baseline dyno.

The purpose is to determine the delta/difference between the two numbers.

Just listing my experiences with the dyno types. Same car in similar conditions and all within a couple hundred miles between them.
