If you're trying to replace because of cosmetics, you can buy just the outer exterior and swap out the interior. There's a DIY on here somewhere. If your key fob doesn't work, then I believe you can still buy a replacement key fob with an uncut key online. But I believe you have to have the dealer program. Not sure what they charge. Again, I read a guy doing this awhile ago on this forum. Some options for you to avoid full stealership prices.

Some automotive locksmiths can do these keys as well.
Usually pull the EWS and use EEPROM to write the new key. Not very expensive if you find the right guy.
