Yeah man no sympathy here, sorry. He got away cheap- hopefully he learned his lesson not to be a bonehead and drive distracted, for the next time he might not be so fortunate.

Drunk driving and distracted driving are same thing in my book, and offenders should be punished in exactly the same way.

Drinking alcohol and using a cell phone in are no way related... sorry... distracted driving? So if I look down at my radio for a second and crash I should be punished like a dumbass who is drinking and driving? Fuck no.
