East Bay BMW. Sales and service experience are great. However, the parts department was trying to charge me $293 for the Performance short shift kit when the MSRP on BMWusa.com lists it for $229.

stevens creek. won't get the best deal there. now i know for next time. oh and fu-k weatherford. made me drive an hour in traffic after work to sell me an 07 with wrong info on the color combo and wouldnt budge at all to compensate. i ended up walking out and they tried calling me for two weeks to come back. stewpid
