What do you call a BMW driver with loud music, big chrome wheels, car very lowered, gives people bad looks, sits all the way back almost on the back seat, wears a hat(the wrong way of course), wants to race everybody at red lights(including corollas,big SUVs, etc). I keep seeing this characters around south fl more often everyday...
