Well, my family is growing and I'm thinking about getting out of my F30 and into something else that's a BMW, what do you guys think my car is worth as a trade?

2012 F30 Luxury Black Sapphire
38,000KM
Premium Package, Xeons, PDC
Absolutely no dings, dents, or accidents

blue book value is 22-26k

Try to go for a private sale if you can. I think you can still get around 35k - 37k for it as opposed to trading it in at the dealership.

What car are you getting into next?

Ya, was thinking the same. My wife wants me to get one of the new MDXs

We need the optional 3rd row and interior space. Gonna miss my F30 but I'll be back in a couple of years.

friend just got a Pathfinder for under 40k on the road (taxes in). Really great value with power tail gate, trailer package,remote starter, leather, and all the sensors/camera for parking.

This was a cash buy though. Nissan (and Acura) give better factory incentives for cash buys versus finance.

2014 Pathfinder has transmission issues from what I've read...

^ started with the MY2013 and Nissan knew the huge cvt problem ( ... don't know how to fix it) and yet they still making the vehicle (MY2014) even today ... go figure.
