*** 20mm offset 19 x 9.5 275/30/19 E90 Sport Suspension??**

so anyway..im looking to buy some wheels for my E90. Will a rear offset of 20+ 19x19.5 and 275/30/19 fit without rubbing??? I am on factory sport suspension and the car is NOT lowered. Please let me know, thanks!

SOO... i bought them anyway lol... i guess i might have to roll my fenders, but oh well. these wheels are gonna look HOTT!

111mm rear lip =
67mm front lip

Size: REAR 19x19.5 (5X120, +20mm), FRONT 19x8.5 (5x120, +35mm)
Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 275/30r19 rear, 245/35r19 front

+20 is cutting it close...you will prob have to roll your fenders with the 275s.

My suggestion is to get +25mm offset and 265 tires...those will work for sure.

I ran the Tire Rack Calculator for you (see attached). I guess you have to measure the clearance on your existing setup to find out if you have room....

LOL.. rlc, i did that and i went outside w/ my ruler to measure.. it looks close.. i suppose if i get rid of the 275 tire and get a 265 it'll run better. I WILL NOT be dropping my car because i think the factory sport suspension is good enough ( might change my mind)

I currently have 275/30/R19 : 19x10 : my Offset is +35. It's perfect... I had a little rubbing on the outer edge for the 1st 1200 miles or so. Once I dropped my car on H&R, I decided to roll the fenders to never have to worry about it again.

I'm looking at the same setup w/ 22 offset. Are you going to buy these soon?

I'm not looking to lower any. New springs for sure, but not looking to lower any if possible.

The 20mm will extend more than the 22.

well 20+ and 22+ is only 2mm difference. but then again... that might be the difference between rubbing and not rubbing ( depending on tire brand ) Soo... will the Michelin pilot sport a/s rub 275/30/19 rub? anyone with experience?

Rear wheels with ET20mm WILL NOT work on an E90 and worse on a E92. That offset will stick out way too much. You can fit a ET22mm on a NON lowered E90 but would have to roll your fenders heavily on a E92.

well my E90 has the factory sport suspension. I noticed that my rear camber is slightly negative this will help tuck in the wheels. I will roll my fenders if necessary

I have et30 with 275/30/19 in the back of mine with stock sport suspension and I had to roll my fenders. et20 is going to rub no doubt.

Remember guys, he's looking at 9.5" wide, not 10" wide, but yes, sounds like it will be a little on the too wide side with ET20 and 275mm tires.

ghetto, ricer??? Dont be a hater People run low offsets all the time. Besides, these arent some cheapo depot wheels but 2pc Piaa FORGED wheels. extremes are what sets your car from the rest. all i gotta do is change the rear tires to 265/30/19 and roll the fenders.

ghetto is when you halfass something. a ricer is someone who halfasses something, doesnt wash their car and adds useless non-functional parts to their car to make it "seem" faster

Do i have to explain why people get rims for their car? Or is it implied when they can take a corner faster than you can? I needed new tires anyway, i figured why waste money on some dinky 17'' tires when i can just get some NICE rims?

well, sorry, but I can't stand it.
1. NICE is a subjective category. U consider your 20" wheels nice and U're not alone. I admit these wheels are not bad but are not for your car. Call me a hater. I think I just know what style and taste means. U know, we crazy european cavemen...
2. If U bought 20" wheels with that crazy offset just to take a corner faster than me, better wake up, dude. Ppl who want to take corners faster buy M3 or 335i, buy sways, struts, coilovers, brakes, lightweight wheels (like those dinky 17" or 18") + buy some lessons from pros and train on the track. Do U wonder why there's nothing like 20" wheels on the list? Maybe because they are heavy? More unsprung weight, inertia?
3. So U wanna take a corner faster than me (part 2)? Cool, the rears on the 275 rubber will be rock solid in the corner. And what are U going to do with the understeer your NICE wheels cause? U'll hit the wall faster.
4. I failed miserably. I could not find the right word for what I feel about this. Ghetto? Not really. Ricer? Closer. U say they apply useless non-functional parts to their car to make it "seem" faster. I say they are also good in making lame excuses for buying those useless non-functional parts, just like your "take a corner faster than U". But well-o-well, U're not a ricer. U're just pimping your ride. Are U compensating something?

Just to end this useless reply of mine, once more sorry for sharing my opinion. It's your ride, your wheels and tires, your fenders, your rubbing, but if U're a honest and upright MAN (not a stupid kid), just say "well yeah dude, I'll have to solve some problems here, but that's the way I like it" instead of looking for performance or handling type of excuses.
