Jay (or whoever was contacting me via PM) has been courteous, responsive, and accommodating. My back-and-forth with the company has been nothing but progressive. I had concerns with a product I ordered, but it was fixed quickly. With that much attention to me, it seems that if there are any satisfaction issues, JGMODS will go above and beyond to please the customer within reason.

The actual product itself was great.
