Looking at the link, doing the KM > Mi conversion, I paid $18,500 USD for my 2008 328i February of last year with almost identical miles, it still had CPO through July 2014 too. You might be able to do better, then again I don't know what the Canadian market is like.

Seems reasonable I guess. Any warranty? Carfax? Service records?

Have you had a pre-purchase inspection done by a reputable independent shop?

TIL. I didnt realize the 32X series came in the 323 model. Interesting. Familiar w/ the older 325's but I thought newer ones we're all 328's. car looks clean good deal w/ the warranty. Shouldn't have too many issues like that.

The rest of the world has more models than the US

The rest of the world has more models than the US
usually with smaller motors because of gas prices .
We got the 320 4 this year because now it makes sense here.
Lots of diesel models the US doesn't get to.

Very good price but I would go with this one;

It is a 2011 and I hate to maintain dark colors.

Go into subforum and to the Canada section.... People there may be able to help you and you might see a better deal as private sale under the Canada classified section

I'd honestly wait and find a good deal on a 328i. They have more power and are much less decontented than the Canadian market 323s were.

Hmm. I can appreciate the need to have a budget. Just surprised cuz I'm in Canada too and I've seen a number of 328s in that price range. Usually with a few more kilometres but they're pretty reliable typically.

There is a lot of 328i in that price range, they have a butt load of km's and usually they were involved in accidents. It all depends the use you're giving to it, if it's a dd, go for the 323i, it has a pretty good gas mileage.

If you're stretching your budget to get into a BMW, this may not be the time to get into one. You need to make sure that your budget allows for any possible repairs that may come up once the warranty expires.
