Repainting rear seat plastics and front window button plastics?

Has anyone done this? I am the second owner of the car and it looks like the previous owner had stuff in the back seat that moved around and wore the paint down on the center plastic/rubber piece between the 2 seats. Same goes for the window control switch bezel. Was looking for a DIY to possibly pull these pieces out and paint them or at least recommendations on what paint to use on them. Thanks.

Search on youtube for a video on removing the window control switch. I painted that and many other interior trim pieces with SEM spray paint.
