Not if NatureBoy has another set of 162's he's willing to sell. j/k. Are you looking for new or used? If you are looking for brand new 162's with tires, you are looking at 2k, and that's without run-flats. Maybe used, but I guess it would depend on the number of miles they would have.

I am going to get replicas. They are 500 euros roughly $600 for a set of 4.

If you get them from bmwwheels.com and then get some Kuhmo tires (non-RFT) from tirerack.com you'll be right at about $1600-1800. Plus, you'll get the satisfaction of having brand new rims. If you are buying used rims, there is always that doubt that rims aren't true (perfectly round).

I am planning to sell my 159's and buy the 162's. Kind of like a trade up. So I guess used ones are fine- as long as they dont have tons of miles on them.

I was on the fence about whether to get run-flat tires vs. non run-flat tires...I don't know how to change a flat tire (yes, I know ) and I like the security offered by the run-flats, but they are very expensive to replace - esp. on the 18" wheels, they are $250 a piece!
