How is this deal on a 435i Cab?

I'm in the market for a 435i Cab and here is the best deal that I have so far. Is this a good deal at $1500 over invoice? No incentives are applied yet as I hope something comes up when I take delivery in 60 days.

Also $1500 over invoice is a bit high. I would shoot for $500 over invoice, then subtract whatever offers from BMW.

1500 over invoice sounds insane but check edmunds true market value & truecar.com for your zip to get an idea. Also, since you are putting in the max allowed SDs thus minimizing your borrowing cost, you should roll all fees into your cap cost & should put down absolutely nothing. your driveoff should be your first month payment only imo.

The quote indicates a money factor of .81

Other dealers in my area won't do better than $1500 as it is a new model. A couple dealers just discounted $500 from MSRP! You definitely pay to be the first person on the block with this model.

They seem to be padding up your MF or have some fees bumping up your cap cost. Otherwise, as stated, your drive off should be ~760 including tax per edmunds:

Use MF .00081 to calculate
