Whistle on cold start

Hello

Just want to check if anybody else experiences some serious whistling noises when the N47 gets started from cold ( anything around or under 0 degrees celsius).

I know its probably the turbo whistling but why is it so loud?
Sounds like a jet engine!

I'm not really sure why, but yeah mine does too. I called the dealer, he said it's normal. So I stopped worrying.
