Never had an issue with this fix. I was running AR design catless downpipes with an AE catless exhaust and never had a light or code!

Holy crap are you missing the point buddy! The materials aren't the issue, how about the time it took someone to figure out how to plug in and splice exactly into the BMW's ECU and send a variable signal to the computer and make the car think that your o2 sensor is working fine when you don't have a smog system on the car? R&D is where the cost comes from not the price of a wire.

Nice dreaming there buddy!

.... and you happened to have a schematic of that particular part of the BMW ECU to know where to plug the wires into, which ones to unplug altogether, which ones to splice, and then how to vary the voltage without frying anything. And then the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus helped you test it.

You have 773 posts on this forum, but you are not familiar with the BMS DP Fix... You own a BMW and are appalled at spending $75 on a device made to simulate catalytic converter readiness. How about you take that $6 and make a whole bunch of these and see how well you can sell them.

Bought one from Burger a couple weeks ago and installing tonight!
