LEASE: 2013 335i xDrive EBII (Every Option)
Folks, It is with great displeasure that I list up my beautiful Estoril Blue 2013 335i xDrive M-Sport fully optioned (sans Driver Assistance II). The car was a European Delivery + Multiple Security Deposit car which is why the monthly payment is so low. Would love to pass the savings on to a fellow BMW enthusiast. Actual Pictures of the Car During Euro Delivery Winter Setup (Winter tires/wheels not included but can be bought as a $650 option) Packages (Every Package except DA Plus): M-Sport Package Premium Package Dynamic Handling Package Cold Weather Package Driver Assistance Technology Package Options Black Dakota Leather Aluminum Hexagon Trim Sport Auto Harman Kardon Sound 19" BMW 403M Option Wheels with Summer Tires US MSRP: $60,500 Lease Details Lease End Date: 9/8/15 Total Mileage Allowed: 36,000 miles Current Mileage: 13,800 miles Months Left: 19 Monthly Payment: $573.72 (I already paid all sales tax upfront!) Multiple Security Deposits: $4,550 Current Buyout: $44,933 (Good until 3/5/14) Residual: $38,956.80 INCENTIVE: Free Winter Wheel / Tire Set 18x8 Elbrus I08 Gunmetal Wheels with Blizzak LM60 Winter tires (Used for only one season) Terms I will pay for the transfer fee, however the new owner will need to pay me the multiple security deposits before assuming the lease ($4,550). Remember BMW financial will give you this money back at the end of the lease. This is a freaking steal guys! PM me if interested. Last edited by Accelerometer; 03-29-2014 at 08:59 AM.. |

Thanks, to be honest I felt the same way you did when I first speced this car out. As a current E90 M3 owner with a 6 speed there was no way I thought I would really be ok with an automatic. Let me tell you my friend these ZF 8 Speeds with the Sport mapping are DCT level quick and just as fun! Don't miss out!

Great question! The current buyout (Good to 3/5) is $44,933 and the residual is $38,956.80. I will add it to the listing.

I am very interested in taking over this lease, but my credit has no history and I probably won't get approved. However my mother agreed to sign for me, but she doesn't have a driving license. Do you know if BMW financial services requires the signer to have a driving license?

Great car and good deal.
My lease isn't up until July, so timing wise it's probably a little early for me to consider. GLWS George

So I guess the co signer doesn't require a driving license? And in your case how was your credit? Just asking to see if her co signature will be good enough for me to get approved. Thanks.

Bump, this is going up on leasetrader this weekend. Again, I rather give the car to a BMW enthusiast!

Sounds good. I have another interested party who is working out some details. Whoever is able to commit first wins. Will also be throwing in a freebie Weathertech all weather mats!
