HPFP with mods?

Ok so I think my fuel pump is on its way out. My engine takes a few extra seconds to turn over and I've seen videos of people saying when that happens its usually on its way out. My question is will the dealer not replace my pump if I have mods on the car? I know that the pump is like 8 year 120k mile warranty but can they deny replacing if I have an intercooler and dci?

Agreed.

OP does it take a long time to fire? Or is it cutting out once it cranks over. Could be so many things by your description, and with mods the answer is always "it depends".

It takes a long time to fire. And I guess the best bet is to just take them off.
