Test Drives and Demo Cars

Any word on when dealers will have m235s for test drives? It feels like almost a formality for me, but I would like to test drive it.

This is an excellent question. The factory has been making these babies for two months now. where in the hell are all of the cars???

I've been told the same. My dealer's cars were on the water as of this past Saturday, and he guestimated about 20 days until they were here. The cars were sitting across the ocean waiting to go out since January 2, meaning they sat for 3 weeks waiting to leave. My dealer said that would be the case for at least all the cars in the general area, but was unsure if it was nation-wide. He said it could be something customs related, EPA or regulatory related, etc. Some kind of bureaucratic hold up most likely.

That would actually make a lot of sense...otherwise, I have been imagining a secret field of 2ers that BMW has been holding to ensure market launch occurs in March.

My dealers have been at the Baltimore port for about 1.5 to 2 weeks now held up for EPA testing

2 dealers here in Phoenix, AZ have 3 228i's total available in their website inventory. 2 of them are M-sport too!
