Concerned about M Front Splitter on F30 - Thoughts?

So I am looking at purchasing a 14 AW F30 335i that has the M package and several other goodies. However, it looks like they had port installed accessories that I honestly don't want, but the dealer wants to move this and has gave me an incredible price on this.

It has the Front Splitter-Black (Z3N), Rear Diffuser (Z23), and Painted Rear Spoiler (Z50). Even with the M Sport Package, it's pretty low - my concern is this front splitter. What's everyone's thoughts on this?

I have the front splitter and think it gives a great sportiness to the m-sport. If you are concerned with vehicle clearance, I would not worry too much. I was concerned at first but bottom up very little. (high angle driveways, deep curb gutters.) With that being said in the 1-5% of scenarios where you might have a chance of bottoming out you can be reduce the chances of bottoming out by 95% by proper angling in if possible. Furthermore, the build quality is fantastic. For those time I have scraped, I have done inspection afterwards and it still looks flawless with no issues or scatches showing, even underneath.

Thank you very much! I was concerned with this, especially when my wife drives the car.

You can always take it off. I share the same concerns, and will be getting my car soon. I'll let you know if there are any problems.
