Exactly same thing happened to me today except I was wot on hwy. First day running it as well. I restarted it and it ran just fine. I only have 32,000 miles. How bout you? All sorts of old posts about what to do. Read codes, follow the trail.
Wait till u get it going. With my borla aggressive exhaust and Bms drop in its sounds mean as shit. The people In a few of the cars I passed whipped there necks around like wtf was that!!! It's way more than I was expecting!!!! It requires a new degree of careful |

Fair enough, i thought they would go bad over time like anything else. I guess i'll just buy one or two to keep on hand. Thanks

Exact same thing happened to me. JB4 G5 and the first time I really get into the throttle in 3rd and POOF power loss and Service engine light. Had to limp home about a mile fortunately.
Two misfires that follow the coils. My theory, worn plugs combined with the added load from the JB4 means dead coils. Replacing all plugs and the two bad coils before driving it again. Seriously, I now understand why everyone says to install new spark plugs BEFORE adding a tune if there are more than 20k on them. |
