Aero kit rear bumper question

For anyone who owns or has seen the rear bumper that is part of the aero kit:

Does it delete the red circular reflectors/lights on the sides?

I can't stand those red dots... looking for alternatives short of having my body shop fill them in.

Tint then yourself with 5% Limo Tint that you can buy at almost any auto-parts store. Have them body match painted, etc.

However on a Silver Grey Z4 I am not sure how hot that is going to look.

Ideally, I would like to get rid of them completely.

I suspect the aero kit rear bumper has them as well
