coilover diy question
I was watching the st coilover install video. he suggests putting car back on ground off jack stands before torquing camber arms.
is it even possible to get under there with torque wrench? the other way would be to use jack on camber arm to lift car off jack stand. is that how everyone does it? |

That's how I did it. This is called re-indexing the bushings actually. What you are doing is clamping the bushings down at the new ride height so they are not preloaded once you set the car down. The other way you could do this would be to put the tire back on and set it down on a set of ramps and then get under and torque it.
