Fault Codes 5dbd & 5da7

Posted a few days ago on 1 addicts and for some reason cant reply to my own thread. E90post probably larger audience as well.

Mushy brake pedal and yellow brake warning on dash, with no fluid leaks. Planning to replace pads, rotors, master cylinder but am wondering if anyone knows what these codes mean?

Hoping i don't need any really expensive components in addition to those listed above.

With car parked, standing on the pedal gave the following:

5DB2
Yaw rate sensor: DRS sends signal AY2=invalid (DRS-Typ MM 3.x).
Error will cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed

5DBD
Valve (USV1): General error.
Error will cause a warning light
Error is currently present
Test conditions have been completed

5DA7
Outlet valve (OV) front right: General error.
Error will cause a warning light
Error is currently present
Test conditions have been completed

Anyone have or had these? Any help or feedback helpful. Do not want to go to dealer blind (or unnecessarily)

I've got the exact codes being thrown in my car! I also get the DSC and ABS Warning lights popping up on my cluster. Fortunately, the vehicle hasn't thrown the deadly 5df0 - pump unit faulty & 5df1 - pump unit plug faulty as this would require the ABS hydro pump to be replaced($$$).

Any resolution to this? This comes and goes. I think one of the front wheel bearings is going (getting loud at a certain low speed and can be felt slightly through the steering wheel), I've heard this can disrupt the wheel speed sensors.
I've recently had a new Non-RFT tyre fitted to replace a tyre puncture (all others are RFT tyres) and a wheel alignment and ever since this job of work these errors have come up. Perhaps this has something to do it... I know these cars can be fussy but Dayum!

5DB2 - Wheel-speed sensor: increment gear, rear left
5DBD - Hydraulic unit,changeover valve 1, rear-axle circuit,rear left:leakage or air
5DA7 - DSC: Control unit, valve activation, valve timing
So DCS faults and ABS sensor on left rear wheel. Start with the sensor.

Do you have access to INPA? Once you verify that the brake system is mechanically sound, you can recalibrate the valves, yaw sensor and acceleration sensor and see how you go from there. Dealer software (ISTA/D) will provide better feedback if things dont proceed as expected though.

If worse comes to worse, the control unit and valve block can be sought separately. Swapping control unit will require coding though. Good luck and keep us updated

I also have these

5DBD
DSC: Brake system, rear-axle circuit, rear left: leakage or air
Error will cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed

5DA7
DSC: Brake system: leakage or air
Error will cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed

Super frustrating.
