My car arrived in port on 11/1 and based on how fast they are getting on a boat I'm planning on being on the Patriot when it departs on Monday.

Anyone else think they will be on here?

My car completed production 10/25. At port 11/1. I hope to be on this ship. This car has taken the longest from completion to ship of all my cars so far.

Well vesseltracker.com and the webcam still show the Patriot in port. She needs to get moving....

The Patriot was a day late leaving port but she is on the move now. Here is the latest postion reported in Google Earth which can be delayed 24 hours.

My 800 number status changed this morning to "In-Transit" so I must be on this ship.

My last car was on "Emden" back in 2004, and it didn't stop at every freakin' port between Germany and Charleston. It sailed non-stop in around 9 days. K-Line doesn't seem to stop everywhere like W&W.

I think I'm on this ship. The 800 number also said 'in transit' today so that's a good guess, right? Do you know how we can check using the VIN to see which ship we're absolutely on?

You can go here and select Auto Cargo and then enter your VIN. From what I understand it can take several days before your VIN will show up. Mine still says not found.

thanks volfan615! the website confirms that my car is on the Patriot. the port of destination is new york, but I'm much closer to the baltimore port so why does it offload there? anyways, very excited!

because the VPC is in New York/New Jersey.

If you ordered a MB, then it'd be dropped off in Baltimore.

as someone who's just done this recently, I waited 2-3 days before my car showed up on the auto cargo system.

The two weeks will go by very quickly, and when you finally get the car, you'll actually miss the fun you had with your shipmates on these forums.

It does show up now...... I was typing in a O instead of a 0 in the VIN.

Hi mates, I just got word that I am on the Patriot also; i've confirmed it on the WW site. SInce I ordered the car (Oct 16) I have been going thru all these postings and I'm amazed the amount of info found. It has been some ride, I cannot recall this amount of info or following with my VW or Subarus...This is my first bimmer and I just cannot wait.

Do you guys think we'll get delivery in the east coast by thanksgiving?

It does not seem that http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/shi...html?call=WQVY is updated yet. I want to follow the journey as it crosses the pond...

Info won't be available on sailwx until the ship is well past the U.K. and into the open Atlantic. You NY guys stand a decent chance of delivery by Turkey Day, but certainly not for the South Carolina VPC folks.
