sunroof warning light on

Anyone experience the same problem with their sunroof. It does not open or close automatically, if i press the open button it will tilt up a few inches then stop. I already checked the tracks by using the tool that manually cranks open/closes the sunroof. I just got the warning light on my dash yesterday.

Am I forgetting something simple?

Eric
