Where can I buy a good cheap performance exhaust system that has a nice sound but not too loud so I don't get pulled over ?

The only good one that i know of for your car is the BMW performance exhaust. But it'll run you a pretty penny ~$800-900

I have the Active Autowerke exhaust, I love it. Not too loud, great sound.

I would go with BMW performance exhaust. For me just the right note. It's not obnoxious. However, it will cost around $900 plus installation. I paid $1,275 3 years ago. Good luck.

I'm going the custom route, I picked up a Magnaflow y-pipe, muffler and resonator for pretty cheap. Hope to have it welded up on the car by next week.

Or you can spend that on a real exhaust and not just a muffler that is $90 in raw material.
