She's alive !!!!

This was a DIY; took me about 12 hours because I had to run around town hunting for missing parts.

Planning this myself! Any tips? Which parts did you start with and which parts did you need to hunt for?

I only swapped the front bumper. Side skirts and rear bumper are perfect the way they are. Lots of tips for you. Really, there IS NO instruction out there other than that time lapse video from Turner. It helped, a little. There are other critical tasks not seen in the video that I had to figure out myself. The retrofit kit was missing a major item, and it does not include all the bolts, screws, plastic expanding rivets, aluminum blind rivets that you need. I also had to hunt for the blind rivet tool that is capable of such a large sized rivet.

If I have to do it again; would take me about 5 hours. I am sorting out the pictures and writing up the DIY steps. Look for it in the DIY section by this weekend.

getbmwparts.com - I got just the front bumper kit. part# PKF30MSPORTFRONT. Jason helped me. They'll pull your VIN# and assemble the right parts for you, but doesn't hurt to also list what you have currently in the comments/notes of the order. I don't have front camera or lamp washers, but I do have parking assistance and fog lamps. I also requested they didn't drill front plate holes as well.

I got the lip/splitter from "Sedan_Clan".

If you do not mind, how much did you pay to have it primed and painted?

The bumper came primed, cost me $425 to get matched painted. I'm sure I could get it done for cheaper somewhere else, but it was the weekend and a lot of shops closed.

I will personally be deleting my fogs for more air-flow and (imo) better appearance, but I have seen a lot of m-sports with and without fogs.
