they look like rotors, yep.

honestly for the street, pretty much any rotor is fine. I'd be more worried about what kind of cheap pad they were giving you. the pad type will affect the stopping performance way more than the rotor will.

So maybe buy separate pads ? If so what do you recommend

Just want to pass on the info. Don't know anything about the rotors you posted. This year I did the front rotors with red stuff pads, just a great setup. Here is the link to more info on the rotors, ecstuning geomet cross drilled / slotted. I have the front and rears and NO complains.
