Not having a size reference, it looks like the dust cap that goes over the rear shock in the trunk. Its under the trunk liner, fits in a hole in the sound deadening.

It doesn't really tell me where it belongs to by looking at that diagram... Can you describe it for me? And how can I get to it so I can put it back on?

I wouldn't do it unless I had too. To install it, you have to remove all the plastic trim pieces on the bottom of the trunk opening, remove all the carpeted liners in the trunk just to get to it. There one on each side so without knowing which one is missing, you would remove both sides. The liners are pretty stiff and you wont be able to just loosen them and snake your arm behind.

You should be able do a search on replacing rear shocks that walks you thru removing all the liners in the trunk.

see pic after step 6, the back circle in the picture is that part.

The thing is that I've been hearing noises coming from my trunk and had no idea where it's coming from... And today I've found this Protective rubber cap inside of my trunk... I think my coilover installer forgot to put it back after he installed my coilover. Damn! Also can you confirm that in order to install coilover, you'll need to remove the Protective rubber caps? Thanks again.

Yup, you need to remove that cover to access the top shock nut in order to remove the shock.
