UUC HD mounts w/aluminum cups should be a decent option if you dont want poly.

Rouge Engineering also offers e46 m3 mounts. Theirs are not bolt through, just hard rubber

Very pleased with mine. No impact on NVH, but really tightens up the shift quality by removing play.

I did those on my first Z3 - I eneded up getting a weird vibration when I coasted around 3000rpm, but they did a fantastic job removing the slop in the drivetrain.
