4 series US and EU tail lights

Hi, I'm from spain and i've got my 4 series for 3 weeks and I noticed something different from all the pictures i had seen in the back of the car ( that i dind't like so much) but i didn't know what it was , and now i've relized that are the orange tail lights, if somebody knows where to buy the US version and if they are legal in europe i would appreciate thanks
