Why on earth if you are carrying EXPLOSIVE material, would you drive like that? Speeding and tailgating! Surely a modicum of self preservation would stop you from driving like a bell-end? Darwin theory in real life action me thinks, just hope no one else was hurt.

To be fair, I think at the moment it's still up in the air as to why he was driving like that. However regardless, driving like that was always going to cause a volatile situation.

Its carrying O2 cylinders. You can see on of them having fire at one end when 02 is coming out.

The prick who wasn't smart enough to not keep re-arming his car alarm after it had gone off for the fifteenth time should have been thrown on the fire.
