How to disassemble cluster...?

I know how to disassemble all the major components, what I'm specifically looking for is how to take the face apart so I can paint the backing rings from black to silver/white to replicate the M3 cluster. If anyone has a "how to" or pics (even better), that would be much appreciated.

Yeah not that hard not many people mess with clusters so it's rare help lol
