Looking to sell my 2008 e92 335 to a fellow enthusiat, otherwise I will trade it in. Details are as follows:

Alpine White with Black Leatherette
Full M-tech package
Sport package
Premium package
Dinan Stage II
BMW Performance Exhaust
19" Alufelgen SF-71s in Hyperblack with Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas (lots of tread left)
Lux Angel Eyes in Amber
OEM iPod cable
OEM trunk liner
OEM rubber mats (front + rear)
OEM carpet mats (front only)
OEM black mirrors (also have OEM white)
Ceramic tint (35%)
17" Rial Salernos in anthracite with Conti Extremes for winter

This car just turned 109,000km and is fully up to date service wise. Recent work includes:

Brake pads front and rear (less than 9,000km)
Front control arms
Thermostat
Rear wheel bearing

I purchased this car CPO from Parkview BMW in April 2011. I am only selling it as I need a larger car for my growing kids. While the car has been well maintained and is very, very clean, it does have a few minor imperfections:

Rear bumper and diffuser replaced due to accident (low speed hit from behind). Work done by Fix Auto in Richmond Hill.
Windshield rock chip -- repaired by same company used by Town & Country BMW. Tough to see.
Typical stone chip / road debris on lower end of M-tech. Would get it re-sprayed if I wanted car to be a 10 out of 10.
Hairline fender crack (front passenger side)

I am not looking to part out, nor am I open to lowball offers. I know what this car is worth in terms of trade and retail. I'm looking for something in between, which would be fair to all parties.
