MF reduction from 3% to 2.76% will shave a few bucks off the lease payment ... I hope to confirm this weekend and will post back when I get the skinny...

I finally picked up my 50i today. There is currently a f15 $500 USAA incentive that I received that I wasn't previously aware existed. I haven't seen elsewhere on the USAA sight or other threads. It's not huge, but it's $500 I wasn't expecting.

I leased. This was my first BMW lease, although I've owned many BMWs. This should not be confused with the $500 turn-key payment that previous BMW financial customers can get. I am not a previous BMW financial customer. This was definitely USAA. I gave CA my USAA number and was sitting there when he called USAA to get the letter of reference. I realize that the USAA site only talks about E70 models. That's why I was so surprised and wanted to make sure and mention it here.

I don't have any documentation other than a line item adjustment on my paperwork that has a total of $1500. That's 1000 for owner loyalty and 500 that supposedly is for USAA. Again I don't have the 500 turnkey incentive because I am not a previous BMW financial customer. I suppose it's possible they thought there was a discount and didn't wait for the confirmation letter and gave me $500. But it's not one I had originally asked for, so it seems like it's a legit number. Perhaps it's only for leasing?

Trust me, I have looked at that USAA incentive screen many times. I know it says nothing about an F15. Perhaps the dealership accidentally looked up an 2014 X3 instead of a 2014 X5. I know the X3 is a $500 incentive. All I can say is that I got an additional $500 discount beyond my negotiated price and loyalty discount. Perhaps the dealership made a mistake and is not going to get reimbursed on this one. But, since my 50i was the first one in my state, I didn't exactly get the deal of the century to begin with. They made plenty of profit.

these cars are in such high demand and they are so backed up with orders that they dont need to make anymore sales lol they can barely handle what they have... i see some sales happening in the new year but as of now i doubt we'll see anything.
