DIY: BMW_E90's License Plate LED install

first, get a flat head screw driver and slide it into the slot of the housing.

put the screw driver at a angle like shown below and push to your right and slightly pull down.

once you do that, one side of the housing will pop out.

push the right side of the housing to the left to pop out the right side.

then the whole housing should come out (pulling it out from the right side)

once it is out, disconnect the housing from the power supply.

once thats out, it should look like this.

plug in the new BMW_E90's LED housing.

slide in the left side of the housing first ( the side where wires are)

then you need to push in the right side on.

then push in the left side.

do the same with the other LED and enjoy what you accomplished!

just don't understand why this is the latest craze in light mods. I mean the last thing I need is for the cop to see my license plate better at night, but anyway great write up.

You dont even need a screw driver, just slide over with your finger and it pops right out.

This is a nice info-mercial, errr... I mean DIY.

I'm j/k, they look good.

I saw your FS thread, but it was around 300 pages long... how much are you selling the pair of LEDs for?
