Question about front bumper lip

I am thinking about adding the front bumper lip for my 335, but wondering is there Any performance benefit or just for good looking?

In motor sports they add downforce to the front end. On our cars, it just looks incredibly dope!

Thanks. Looks like we have the same color platinum bronze A53. Did you install the front lip? CF or painted?

I dont have a lip at the moment, I am actually waiting for some Hamann lips to come in stock. But I am planning to paint it matte black to match the rest of the black accents on my car. Pretty stoked.
