My Story.Just installed jb2... Wowwww...
Ok so here goes...
I know lots of people here are anti Terry and anti JuiceBox... Here's my story in brief... Got my e92 335 in febuary of 07. Was very active on this forum from the moment i ordered my e92 in October up until about mid april when there was a family issue... I never modded any of my cars but after joining this forum it ws just too addictive. So i started with a few things like the ///M steering wheel, Oem short shifter, tints, Angel eyes and fogs and Long's reflectors... Then i organized a group down in Albany New York for Canadians and Americans to get the Procede installed by Shiv himself back in April... Because of family issues i had to back out and the goup install went on in Albany with Shiv. At that point i stopped coming to the forums and just got back into it last week... What a difference 6 months without e90post can make. So many things have changed , so many new mods have come out. I was just blown away... So i started browsng and right away got the modding bug back. I looked into the Procede right away since Shiv was amazing and told me he would definitely take care of me when i was ready to get a procede. Because of the whole group i had organized in Albany and my last minute family issue... Anyhow my mind was going to explode with all the procede stuff... Version 1.47 , V2 and soo many different threads i didnt know where to begin... Then i read about the jb2 and how so many people were satisfied with it... Have no idea who Terry is and wasn't around when all the shit happened with him over here... Needless to say though i read alot of posts here aout people critisizing his business ethics and whatnot... Anyhow I ended up ordering it on Monday. I said to myself for 350$ if i'm not satisfied i'll just flip it for the same price or at aminimal loss... It's not a big investment like the 1300$ + Procede... So after installing it today i went for a drive. Oh My God!!! I was literally blown away. I can't believe what this thing does. My car feels like a totally different car. Much Much Much quicker. It's unreal... I honestly don't see why anyone would need more power then this!! It's absolutely phenomemal... And to my understanding it takes a day or two for the car /ecu to adjust to this meaning that it will only get faster... Now that will be funny. Faster??!! Damnnnnnnnnn.... Anyways just to let you all know, this is a great product and it works well. Really really well. And it's 350$!! |

Ya, but it wont make sense to you. You have V2 PROcede. You basically rule in the dyno area. Now, if you had 1.47 and you were trying to test out a JB2 then thats a different story

Either way: I'd love to drive a stock, jb2, 1.47, then 2.01 back to back, very interested to feel the differences in close succession...

I am dying to hit the track with the JB2. I just don't want to have to pay $100 to wait in lines for an hour at 1500ft altitude. And I hate having to drive hours to get to a track. But it looks like thats what I am going to have to do.

Thanks for sharing. However, even I am getting a little sick of the JBS2 regurgitation. Can there be an Official JB Thread/Official TT Thread/Official Procede Thread/Official AA Xede Thread?
I'm not flamin' ya, I have always been appreciative of people sharing their experiences especially in this competitive market: it helps consumer awareness and thus the consumer's bargaining power-BUT it does get repetitive |

It was more of a " how i got to" jb2 thread then an actual review of the product |

Congrats!
I don't see anything wrong with people posting how happy they are with any product... Procede, Xede, RDsport, JBS, wheels, tires, etc. I'd actually like to see more people complain about a product from direct experience... not the theoretical bashing that usually happen here...

How is the throttle response at moderate to low throttle acceleration... like everyday driving, i have read and heard from friends that certain systems.. can cause the boost to flux quickly and it is very "jerky" unless under full load.

Lines? An hour to get on track? Open track days here cost about $100 and you are typically on track almost all day from 9:30AM till 3:30PM. Worst case scenario they have to split in to two groups that alternate half hour sessions.

After all said and done, y'all gotta take your hats off to Terry!..even the " Terry Tuner " haters and Shivites....he really did this community a favor by providing a product that DELIVERS and with NO ISSUES w/ limp mode, CELS, etc...and only for 350 bucks..damn, i'm considering ditching the SSTT and giving the JBS2 a try!!

It really is a shame that you couldn't make it to the Albany day last april, fyi i did go and got procede 1.45. I also have ordered V2 more than a month ago and will probably have to wait another couple of months before getting it (I ordered 30 mins in...just to give u an idea). BTW don't worry about missing a couple of months here, other than the V2, JB and a couple of downpipes u didn't miss much other than people constantly arguing and complaing...what has happened on this forum is really a shame...anyways i hope you enjoy the JB2 and what track are you going to? maybe I can join and we can do a couple of JB2/V1.45 runs to get the people in here talking trash again... cheers R. |

Hey Barat how you doing Buddy, It's been a while since i've been in here... So you finally went ay. I guess your car is pretty fast... I can't believe all this hype about the Procede V2. What exactly is so different about it then the Version 1.45 that you have? As for doing a few runs that would be great... I actually posted in the Canada Subforum. I organized a little track evening in Napierville next Tuesday at 8pm. I'm going with some buddies of mine. For now we are : My car with the jb2, a 2006 m5 , 2006 m6 , 2006 mustang gt and a fully modified 99 boxster... You should definitely come down... I would love to give these guys here something to talk about Let me know... |
