When I turn on heater, slight vibration and idle change.

Is it normal that when I turn on the heater even when it's just floor vent for the idle to go up slightly and a slight vibration? I have change in the tray and it makes no noise until the heater is on. Any thoughts on why this happens?

Not sure about the heater (am in FL ☀️) but the AC does it on my current car and my last. It's normal IMO unless you get any warning lights or something...

The AC compressor is on a belt connected to the motor. When it turns on it unset the idle for a short period.
If the idle remains rough with AC on, then you may want to look at the condition of your accessory belt and pulleys.
