I know my car does the same at WOT if I have the boost turned up too high. Could be your LPFP is not keeping up with the fueling demands. The only way to know is if you post a log.

Too much e85, put more 91 until an upgraded lpfp.

I had a similar issue and when I cleaned my Vanos solenoid it went away.
Although i am not on e85, on WOT at times i would get a half engine light and power would be cut down. Restarting the car would reset it. I would also get occasional shivering like the car was skipping a beat. After cleaning the vanos solenoid with shop air and electrical cleaner did not have the issue any more.

Good luck!!!
