Nextel I870 bluetooth not showing Contact

I managed to get the Nextel i870 phone to link up with the car, but for some reason my phone book of my contacts are not able to be viewed on the A-Z....When i enter the A-Z function it tells me that there are not entries...Can someone please help me understand why its not showing up in the I-drive!!

Your ph may not be fully compatible with E90 Bluetooth system. Check the BMW Bluetooth compatibly list on their website.
