VERY NICE! Where are you located? Is that on 91 or 93 octane? Thanks for finally posting some dynos to shut everyone up.

I know. That's why I asked what he did exactly. What settings did he change it from and what did he change it to? What percentage?

93 octane, went from 100 % across the board to:
94% at 3000, 94% at 3500 and 96% at 4000 to help smooth out the torque rush in the midrange. Keep in mind I'm going for smoothness for the road course. Unintended side effect is that that HP was higher. About other mods, not to be an ass, but do people not read my post? I've received multiple PMs on it and there have been a few replies asking about it. |

I wonder why less torque would increase the HP?

Shiv called me about it this morning. Basically you have a fixed time interval and if you spin the crap out of the turbos down low, you preheat them.
By the time you get to the top end of the same high torque run, the turbos are pumping out hotter air, hence less HP. But I ain't no enginEAR, but that's the word from the man. Makes sense to me. |

If you look at the Graph, when torque was down Horsepower was also down, which makes sense...
Power just happened to peak a little higher, its still basically the same from 5K on. |

Back to the drawing board for a flat, smooth TQ curve.

Actually, without knowing what his PROcede v1.4x dyno was (assuming it was approx. 325WHP w/ v1.47...which is about average), I'd say that's about +40WHP (+/-5WHP) w/ just v2 (taking into account ~ +15WHP for the DPs)!!!!

100% 1000-2500 rpms 94% from 3000-3500 rpms 96% at 4000 rpms 100% from 4500-7000 rpms Is that correct? If so, why did you choose to have full power down low, then drop power in the middle and then full power back up top? |

On my sedan, with an auto, when I did a 93 Octane run, I got 325 rwhp. And the manuals are usually 5-8 rwhp more. I agree though, I'd say the v2.0 gave him roughly 30+ rwhp alone (if one feels the high cat DP's are good for 10-12 rwhp). |

To flatten out the torque curve hump at 3-4k. Remember, I want as flat as possible for road course use. Getting a 400+ftlb hit at 3000rpm while in a corner, at the limit, can mean a visit to the weeds.
