Procede Valet Switch

I know the V2 has the ability to switch map banks & hence load a stock map. Shiv, fo those of us comfortable with running wires, can we run a wire into the car & fit our own switch to switch to stock? I assume we use the same wires the Xede uses for map switching? Will it work if we just wire it up like that? The reason I use this is that our tracks get very slippery during the night drags & it's near impossible to get off the line. So I would like to launch with the stock map & switch to chipped once I get going.

Design a torque curve exactly to your needs, using the user definable torque values. I think that is really what you are looking for.

+1

We'll have some new features soon that should help his traction plight. But for now, this suggestion is the best

Yeah I have already thought of that. I would turn it to stock boost up to 4000rpm, then phase it in from 4000-4500 till full boost. But then when you rolling you will not have full power in the midrange. Unless you carry your laptop & switch maps.

You can not switch maps on the fly..
You would also need to switch off the engine while you're on the race

I can assure you that you can switch maps while moving. It might make your engine explode but I've updated maps at 60mph before.

Just match the boost curve to suit the traction levels. Shift points will result in >4000rpm once you've launched anyway.

Better yet, get a LSD!
