not 100%... i never trust those things... but today i got my experience with JBS2 and i must say i am very very impressed.

so i say bet him and see if he can do it... i have a good feeling he will hit it on that little thing.

Vbox is just way more accurate... Why not use it?

No shat. Tell that guy to go screw himself. If he'll make multiple fake user accounts to promote his non-timing control box, he'll cheat and get your vBox by running 118 octane fighter jet fuel going downhill at midnight in 40 degree weather.

Tell him to go back to the dragstrip.

With a 60mph tail wind.

Just specify on stock tires no drag radials, make sure it's 0-60MPH not KPH or 60' and I think you'll have it covered.

Tell him to run 3.x against a tree where he has to include the reaction time on his slip - can't be done on stock tires, he would need drag slicks!

I think he might be able to do it, but to be safe, I would require this to be done on a car other than his, Who knows what other gains he has programmed into his personal car for marketing reasons.

Take a 335 w/ no mods, buy a JB2 and install it, run w/ Vbox and see what you get. Period.

Agreed. Not to discredit Terry and his product but I still don't think a 3.XX 0-60 is accurate. That's supercar time..and the 335 with a piggyback is no supercar. I have a JB2 with everything else stock. It's fast, but I don't think it's 3.XX fast. Either way 0-60 isn't a good measure of performance.

Terry is stating he got those times with the new control unit for 96 octane. Don't recall what he called it but he said that it's about $100 upgrade to the JBS2. And when you have 96 octane in your tank you turn the unit on. If you're running 93 octane or lower with the unit on, it will throw a CEL.

He's not saying that the JBS2 can run 0-60 in under 3.xx. It's the JBS2 plus the new unit that can do it.

Btw, as many of you know, I am not Terry in disguise and I do not know Terry personally. All I know is that his product works and his customer service is great. I have no complaints with the JBS2 and no CEL.

This bet has to do with the runs that he had the other day that everyone was doubting. It will be with the new JB designed for 96 octane, and I am sure it will be on the same street that everyone was complaining about before.....
