I just wanted to be clear. If I had a euro junk yard nearby, I'd even contemplate on going there.

Are you 100% sure your ballast burnt out, it could be just the bulb.

yeah, I tested it. Swapped bulbs, nothing. Swapped ballast from each side; it works.
unfortunate. Wish it was the bulb.
