Would you trade your 335 for slk 55amg?
I might have someone trade his 07 slk 55amg for my 08 335xi e92 + $4-5k
really low mileage for his slk like 40K miles and i am at 60K miles, would you? I am more like will be trading if he accept my offer tho. I would like to hear feedback who owned slk 55amg. |

Although I never owned one I did however took my friends SLK 55 AMG for a spin. It was cool but I'd rather choose your car over the AMG. Well, not that particular model anyways. Lol

They are two different cars. Yours is a 4 seater with good trunk space....the slk55 is a 2-seater with limited trunk space. If i don't care about the inconvenience of the slk55, I would get it in a heartbeat :]

Depends what you want. Do you need the convenience of a 4 seater with a big boot or is it a second car? The SLK 55 is an exciting car and you get that AMG V8 soundtrack

I would not trade a BMW for a Mercedes. The End. I mean there are always the black editions and all but besides that no.

I would, as an AMG/Mercedes fanatic I'd take a Benz over whatever
 But realistically I think the SLK in the long run is more reliable, and better made than a 335 e9x wether it be the engine/turbo problems with no warranty or interior issues as we know most of the bmw plastics start to wear and rub off.

If I had no need for a trunk or back seats I would absolutely go for it. Roadster + AMG V8 Soundtrack = Win. Who cares if the SLK is a little small?
