Expensive Cars on College Campus(ECCC)

Its school time and thru out the years Ive seen some expensive cars on college campus like, M3,m5,m6,R8,Ferrari,GTR, lmabo, and list goes on. Mostly foreign kids from the middle east and Asia can afford these. I kinda wanna make this like the official exotic/expensive cars on college campus(ECCC) page. Tell us what expensive car you've seen on campus and if you have a picture post that shit.

where I went to school had a nationally known reputation for being full of rich white kids. partly true, but for the most part, any time you would see a super nice car (m3/5, GT-R, etc.) it was an international student.

But to your point OP, just about every day I would see a brand new Audi TT, M3, Range Rovers, there was at least 1 GT-R at my school, one asian kid had an Aston Martin, the list goes on and on.

The absolute best part though was seeing the international students with Mustangs, always put a grin on my face.

Define expensive...For me, anyone who has a car above 30k is expensive. My car would belong to an ECCC in my definition. I see M3's, 335's, CLK 550, Evo's, and the list goes on.

If I were to set the bar much higher like 100k+, it's pretty rare to find one of those in my campus. I saw a couple of Bentleys and an Aston a year ago.

I've seen some M3s and the such at my school on the east coast. One of my friends here has a brand new 458, but he leaves it at home.

But I live in LA and know kids who attend USC/UCLA and the like and I've seen some incredible cars.

Yea so these kids with these 100k cars have rich parents and the ones I knew with crazy cars were doing some funny business back home with their money. They couldn't answer how they bought it or with what money. So I'm assuming it was funny money. Well either way good for them.....

I went to a very small State school at the far end of the Maine coast. The most expensive car on campus was, uh, mine. An '84 VW Jetta GLi. It was 7 years old at the time. Amazingly, that car is still kicking around Portland, looking not much worse than when I finally sold it 10+ years ago.

I grew up in a VERY wealthy town in Maine. But being Maine, and the 80's, the nicest cars any of the kids drove was hand-me-down Volvo station wagons or old Saabs. One kid did get to drive his Dad's Ferrari to the Senior Ball though. The daughter of the president of LL Bean was in my class, she drove a battered Ford Escort.

Kids these days. Spoiled rotten, the lot of them.

back in the late 90s, college didnt really have much "baller" cars... but you could tell who came from a rich family cuz they would have the MOST fixed up cars (basically half of all the cover cars from Super Street and Turbo).

that said, back in highschool time, there was one school that was filled with filthy rich tawainese kids and they would have e36 m3's and rx7's everywhere. bunch of pussies tho ahhahah

I go to Virginia Tech. There was a Murcielago here for a couple years. Now there are some AMG's, elises, plenty of e9x's, and LOTS of diesel trucks that when done up are easily $60-70k+, not to mention fast. Then there are a lot of foreign kids driving s5's and new rs5's.

Come to BC...
You'll see aventadors with "N" new driver and "L" for learners designation on McLarens. Of all are children from rich Asian foreigners sending their kids here for school.

It was mostly Saabs, a few Volvos, some Land Rovers, various other SUVs, and a couple Porsches at my school.

Wow, pretty interesting fleet on campus. With the price of tuition these days, maybe the professors are getting paid really good, and are driving high end cars to work. Education cost are out of control, and the fun begins when it's time to pay back student loans.

I'm a HS senior but when I visited UVA I saw a student driving around in a sweet M3. Saw a MP4-12C at UMiami but it wasn't a student.

An E9X is a nice car at any college.

Oddly enough, my high school parking lot had more expensive cars than the lots at my university.

You know some of us do work for what we have, lol. As far as it goes here, you get the IS250s, C class Mercedes, and e90s but thats really it. There are 2 370zs that draw attention but thats because they're blue and yellow. Besides that mainly newer accords, civics, camrys, etc. just the usual stuff.

profs usually have private lots. At Villanova when I was there, the nicest car on campus was a Ferrari 360, but EVERY other car was some iteration of an e46. Obscene amount of range rovers as well. lots of rich kids from north jersey and new england. i had a b5S4 there
