Are the springs and struts from the 2006 325i compatitable with a 2009 328i? Pretty much need to know if we could trade straight across, and if it would be an direct fit for both cars!!!

The guy is leaving to mexico tomoro and wants his car to be stock ride hieght, while i want my car lowrr,

Dealer and parts store say no they dont change

yeah they swap straight up, but like mike-y pointed out, ride height might not be EXACTLY the same... but the difference will only be a couple millimeters... if that.
