Help!! New to BMW's

Ok i am good when it comes to Turbo imports. But my friend has a 2003 335i and he has the ideal issue. I belive it is a really bad vacuum leak, as we can hear it. I can block the intake completly, and the car will continue to run. And one got ideal as where to start looking. Thanks, Jared

There wasn't a 2003 335i. Did you possibly mean 330i/ci?

What's an "ideal" issue?
maybe it's a 2003 330i with a vacuum leak and he thinks all BMW's are FI?

I would ask the same question on a BMW E46 (1998-2005) forum.

Are you blocking the intake at the throttle body or at the filter part?
