Front wheel bearing replacement tips?

My 06 seems to have brake judder. Replacing rotors helps for a bit, but it comes back. I replaced the thrust arm bushings last year. I took a dial gauge to the rotors and the left front has about 0.002" runout at the rotor hat area. I re-seated the rotor, same thing. I suspect the runout is coming from the hub. A couple questions: is 0.002" enough to cause the rotor to wear unevenly (repeatedly)? Also, if I do go ahead and order a new bearing, it looks pretty easy - just replace 4 bolts. But the bolts have loc-tite on them. Am I going to be able to get the old ones out with just a breaker bar? Do I need to do anything to clean the bearing to steering knuckle mating surface? What about the ABS/wheel speed sensor. Do I need to remove it as well?

thanks
